Industrial Steam & Boiler Fuel
Lower-cost steam.Two ways to switch.
Vista replaces furnace oil, diesel, LPG and gas with biomass. We supply the fuel, convert your boiler, or build and run one on your site and bill you per tonne of steam.
Why switch
Fuel is your largest recurring cost. It's also the easiest to cut.
Oil and gas tie your steam cost to markets you can't control. Biomass grown and processed in India gives you a long-term price, a shorter supply chain and a cleaner Scope 1 line.

Two models
Own the boiler, or just buy the steam.
Convert Your Boiler
We retrofit or replace the combustion system on your existing boiler for pellets or briquettes, with fuel feeding and ash handling. Fixed scope, fixed price, then an annual service plan.
Buy Steam, Not Equipment
We build, own and operate a biomass boiler on your premises. You pay for the tonnes of steam you use, at agreed parameters, under a long-term contract.
Fuel
Two grades, two forms, one spec sheet.
Both grades come as pellets for automated feeders or briquettes for higher-volume burners. Every lot is tested for moisture, ash and GCV before it leaves.
>14.2 MJ/kg. Consistent boiler-grade fuel for process heat and steam.
>15.9 MJ/kg. Our highest-energy grade for high-demand boilers.
Supply
Running out mid-shift is the real fear. We design it out.
Source Mapping
Agricultural and process residue identified near your plant and priced across the year.
Processing
Residue densified into pellets and briquettes to a fixed specification.
Lot Testing
Moisture, ash and GCV checked on every batch before dispatch.
Scheduled Delivery
Recurring drops and buffer stock sized to your storage.
Ash Removal
Collected from site, so nothing piles up at the boiler house.
One Accountable Team
Fuel, equipment and service answer to the same people.
In the contract
Performance you can hold us to.
Your Parameters
Pressure, temperature and quantity specified for your process, and delivered against.
Agreed Availability
Targets set upfront, with maintenance planned around your shutdown windows.
Per-Lot Limits
GCV, moisture and ash limits on every lot, with test records on request.
Within SPCB Norms
Pollution-control equipment sized to your State Pollution Control Board limits.
Monthly Data
Steam delivered, fuel consumed, efficiency and fossil CO₂ avoided, formatted for GHG and BRSR reports.
One Point of Contact
A single team accountable for fuel, equipment, service and performance.

FAQ
What plant heads ask us first.
Can you convert the boiler we already have?
In most cases, yes. A site study tells us whether a retrofit of the combustion system is the better route, or a replacement. Either way you get a fixed scope and price before you commit.
How is the steam price set on the service model?
We agree a rate per tonne of steam at your specified pressure and temperature, under a long-term contract. You pay only for what you use. The equipment is funded and owned by Vista.
How do you make sure we never run short of fuel?
We map residue sources near your plant, hold buffer stock sized to your storage, and schedule recurring deliveries. Supply continuity is written into the contract.
Does this help our Scope 1 and BRSR reporting?
Biomass CO₂ is reported as biogenic under the GHG Protocol, so switching lowers your reported Scope 1 fossil emissions. Our monthly reports include fossil CO₂ avoided in a format your GHG and BRSR teams can use.
What do you need for a site study?
Boiler capacity and make, working pressure and temperature, current fuel and monthly consumption, operating hours, storage space and your last six fuel invoices. For the steam model, we also ask for audited financials.
